The parking situation is cramped!!! Expect noisy nights if your room faces the street. Staffing levels felt inadequate for the size of the hotel. Floors and carpets need serious attention!!!

I had a wonderful time at Downtown Value Inn. The location offered easy access to downtown and great comfort in our room. Just a bit of tight parking, but the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, making it a lovely stay overall. Highly recommend for budget travelers!

i had a huge room with a great workspace, which is super important for me. the large window overlooked downtown, and the staff were nice. i loved having a bar and a pizza place right downstairs. plus, food carts were really close. this stay was way better than my previous experience at a hipster hotel with shared bathrooms.

I truly appreciated the warm welcomes from the staff, who always took the time to chat and make us feel at home. The location's proximity to downtown was a major plus!
